Commissions are for personal and decorative use ONLY unless stated otherwise. (No commercial redistribution, resale, merchandise, etc.) Commercial use may be discussed further if needed.

Must be 18 years or older to commission me.

I do not do a first come, first serve policy. I may reject any request or work that is out of my ability range.

My works will NEVER be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

My works will NEVER be used for A*I-generated reference packs, databases, photos, or "illustrations".

Payments must be made either FULL or optional 50% PARTIAL payment (USD) before I start the commission. Incomplete payments will result in a delayed start or declining the commission entirely.

I only accept payments through Paypal (Goods & Services invoice + a 5% service fee.)

Please provide as much detail and clarity as possible to the commission form such as photo references, colors, etc. Insufficient references may result in either slower completion of the commission (me asking tons of questions along the way) or declining your request entirely.

I may experiment and play with styles. Please let me know if there is a particular style I've done previously you would like me to do.

Completed artwork will be delivered through a link via Google Drive or email to retain maximum resolution. There will be a 3-day time frame where you may ask me to do additional minor revisions for free after completing the work. After 3 days, revisions will be charged a fee.

Please credit me when using my work! (Twitter, Twitch via credits panel, etc.) If you do not want me to display your commission in my portfolio/gallery, a 20% privacy fee will be added to the total cost, as I will not be able to showcase the work to potential clients.

WAITLIST POLICY: If you are on the waitlist, you will have 7 days / one week to respond when I am available to work with you. If you do not respond by then, I will assume you are no longer interested in commissioning me and will drop you from the waitlist.

Donations/tips from live streams do NOT count towards the payment of a commission. Payments must be made through a PayPal invoice.

I work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters/references you provide. I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation.

WIPs (work in progress): All processes will be tracked on Trello. LINK TO TRELLO QUEUE. I will complete the commission at my own pace and time. If you would like an update of the work, please let me know.

REVISIONS: Please take advantage of the SKETCH phase, as the majority of free revisions will be done within this time. After the sketch phase, 3 free revisions are allowed and any additional revisions will be charged. Unreasonable amounts of revisions will be refused.

WIPs and REVISIONS do not apply to commissions/requests made on Ko-fi.

Commission turnaround time may vary. Please keep in mind that I don't have a fixed timeframe for completing commissions as I'm a full-time college student. However, I always strive to get things done and be transparent about any potential delays. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please refer to the next bullet point.

RUSH ORDERS CURRENTLY CLOSED INDEFINITELY. Please do not commission me if you are not willing to wait, thank you. If there is a near deadline you would like to receive the commission, please let me know beforehand (before payment) to confirm if I can complete the work by then. An additional rush order fee of 30% of the total price (after base calculations) will be added to the commission.

If the first sketch has NOT been started, a full refund may be issued.

If a FINAL sketch has been completed, but linework and coloring have NOT been started, a 50% refund of the commission price (minus PayPal Refund Fee) may be issued. *VTUBER MODELS: No refunds after the final sketch.

If the lining/coloring process has begun, NO refunds will be accepted beyond this point.

100% completed work will NOT be refunded and the commission will be sent to the client.

No refunds for commissions/requests made on Ko-fi.

Partial refunds are only accepted before the clean-up/tie-down phase. No refunds will be issued after this phase.
